• Maintain internal LAN, which included Windows NT server, IIS server, Terminal Server, Citrix Metaframe, Sequel server, and Exchange server.
• Provided LAN/WAN and Hardware/Software support for clients, including fortune 500 companies and state government.
• Outsourced to local school district to handle level 3 support and server maintenance of LAN/WAN consisting of 20 servers,  and over 1,000 desktops and 150 terminals.
• Assisted in creation and presentation of Terminal Server seminar at 1999 Microsoft Discovery Days tour.
